Bruno 開放領養！暫時中途也可以！ Bruno is now open for adoption or fostering! 上個禮拜協會捨獲的黃金／虎斑米克思需要有緣人來擔任他的中途family! 由於一個多禮拜都沒有人來尋找Bruno, 我們懷疑他是被棄養的。Bruno個性非常非常非常好，會坐下，散步不會拉繩，坐車不害怕，帶到獸醫院完全不掙扎，4合1驗了完全健康，唯一的就是他脖子有一顆腫瘤。昨日帶到台大癌症中心驗了血，採樣，照了x光，超音波，都沒有發現異常，也沒有癌症的症狀。所以醫生建議明日要進行手術移除腫瘤才能判斷是否良性還是惡性。但是由於都沒有其他異常的地方，醫生判斷也許只是一次性的腫瘤，移除就沒有事了。所以我們希望幫Bruno找尋溫暖的家，領養或中途家都可以，希望他手術後可以有好的家可以休息！請聯絡：[email protected], 02-2367-0317. 也希望大家也可以協助Bruno的醫療費用，昨天所有的檢查花了＄7502， 明天的手術將會是＄10，000-＄12，000，總共大約＄20，000塊。協會完全依靠愛心人士的捐贈來維持所有的工作，希望大家可以支持我們： spca.org.tw/donate-24859245152542427454.html spca.org.tw/bruno.html The SPCA found a Golden-retriever/Tugou mix around our office last week. Since then noone has come forward to claim the dog (weve put out posters and left messages on various social media websites). We hope we can find him a temporary foster home or adoptive family. Bruno is the calmest and most friendly dog ever, he knows how to sit on command, does not pull the leash on walks, is not scared of riding in a vehicle, and is very very cooperative at the vets. He has had the 4 in 1 blood test and is completely healthy. The only problem is a tumor on his neck. We took him to NTU Vet Hospital yesterday and he had a blood test, tumor sampling, x-ray, and ultrasound, all of which came out normal. There are no signs that points to cancer, but the doctor suggested we have him undergo surgery to take out the tumor to make sure. It could be that this is a one-time tumor and once its taken out it will not cause any problems afterward. We suspect that Bruno was abandoned due to the tumor, even though it is most likely not malignant. If you can give Bruno a warm loving home please contact us!
