Brussels Forum Young Writers Award: The German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) is currently accepting entries for the 4th Brussels Forum Young Writers Award for outstanding and original research on the future of the transatlantic relationship. The prize is open to all North-American and European students and young professionals under the age of 33. The goal is to give future leaders the opportunity to demonstrate innovative thinking on the issues that shape tomorrow’s transatlantic agenda. The Award will be presented to a team consisting of one North-American and one European who have co-written a single paper addressing the following prompt: Rethinking Transatlanticism: How can North America and Europe tackle emerging global issues? The winning pair will be invited to present their work at Brussels Forum 2014, and each writer will receive a €2,500 award. The registration deadline is September 20, 2013and the submission deadline is November 20, 2013.
