Brutality of Legally Aided Criminal Force- TN Police For quite some time after so called independence, the criminals of Tamil Nadu are referring themselves as Police Officers and not as Government Servant anymore. As per indian constitution law, that they have to refer them as only government servant in public and not as officers. They are employed to serve the people. The word Officers are once used in Arab kings rule. Officers in Kings Rule are assigned to maintain law and order. The word Officer was in use some 50 years back in the hegemony rule and is been now revived with these selected criminals. TVK (Dravida Viduthalai Kalagam) cadre has been brutally beaten with iron rods for installing banner on National Leader birthday. Below are the pictures of comrade Umapathy. When the comrades were organizing the event, Police from Abiraamapuram including S.I Ilayaraaja, Kalaiselvi, and Constable Vadivel came to the spot and demanded to remove the banner. Before the cadres were removing the banner, these henchmen started to scratch and slit the banner. People looking at the atrocious act condemned the act. When one of the police henchman started physically abusing a women comrade Lally, Umapathy from TVK comrade interfered to break the police hostility. He was then dragged brutally and beaten with iron rod and lathi. These henchmen take orders from the neo brahminical facist subramania swamy who has sent a letter to Chennai Police commissioner to deter the birthday celebration of Tamil Eelam National Leader. Honorable V. Pirabhakaran and National Heroes Day on Nov 27. Police in TN were never a disciplinary force but criminal force committing atrocities against the unarmed civilian. A senior police man once said Tamil Nadu police as “Brutality of Legally Aided Criminal Force”. All police henchmen involved in this inhuman act should be booked under international human rights law. This is the kind of repression we receive for organizing an event within the democratic space as they say.
