Bucket list: all things being equal, if I live to the average age at death of American women, I have 25 years left. Im not being morbid or maudlin. I actually feel glad that the stresses of everyday life are finite. No, Im not depressed or suicidal. Far from it. Just realistic. With a quarter of a century (actuarially speaking) left on my schedule, what is important? What is totally not worth thinking about? Do any of my over-50 FB friends entertain these thoughts? I dont see this as negative, but rather, natural. Maybe fall brings these musings to the forefront. What is your bucket list?
