Buddhism update: I figured out that we dont have to push Clay this year for the Buddhist emblem but he will eventually have to earn a religious emblem before hes eligible for the Arrow of Light award. That being said, I am still going to explore Buddhism for myself on a personal level. To that end Ive found an extensive set of videos on YouTube (narrated by Richard Gere) that looks to be a good starting point. Ive also found a weekly outreach class offered by a Seattle temple here in Everett that Im going to attend (Annie said she might go as well). Some of you have expressed an interest in my journey and, while I probably wont do any fancy blogs or videos about it, I am always willing to talk and share what Ive learned and what Im thinking; all you have to do is ask. And since I never like to walk anywhere alone, you are invited to walk with me if you want.
