American Neuroscientist Richard Davidson wired up the monks skull with 256 sensors at the University of Wisconsin as part of research on hundreds of advanced practitioners of meditation. The research proved Buddhist Monk Richard Matthew is the worlds happiest person. Buddhist Monk Matthieu Ricard was born in France on 15 February 1946. The 66-year-old Parisian Buddhist Monk 40 years ago moved to India to study Buddhism. Currently he resides at Shechen Tennyi Dargyeling Monastery in Nepal. He is now a close confidante of the Dalai Lama and respected western scholar of religion.
