Buddy is an 18-month-old, tan and white pitbull who was surrendered to the Brooklyn Center due to cost. The cost to Buddy? Well, it could be his life. His owner states that Buddy is a sweetheart once you get to know him; but, he is cautious around strangers and has to get to know you before he truly opens up. Unfortunately for Buddy, he is surrounded by nothing but strangers. Buddy received a New Hope Only rating on his SAFER because he did not want to leave the safety of his kennel and he panicked when he was being brought to the SAFER room.
