Budget 2014: i thought d growing lack of trust in govt is only btw organised labour n politicians bt d postponement of Mr presidents presentation of d 2014 budget has open another can of worms. are our legislators better trained 2 forecast oil benchmarks than all d specialised agencies of d govt put 2geda? what tools do these dilettantes use to determine their values that shd be considered as better than those generated by d budget office that consist of trained statisticians, Economist, Operations Researchers n Mathematicians? well i cant say i pity d president either, NASS must ve realised that his budgets ve been consistently fraudulent. i only hope that this marriage call Nig will not fail soon cos of d high rate of mistrust.
