Experiencia requerida: • 8+ Years of Experience and Strong Proficiency in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals • Should have expertise in HTML5, CSS 3 and jQuery. • Expertise in JavaScript, JSP, JSF, JNDI, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, WebServices (RESTful), Spring DAO, etc. • Strong experience on Client side MVC framework (Backbone, angular, ember etc..) with spring MVC. • Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools. • Experience in object-oriented design methodologies and application development • Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential. • Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Solution Design Documents • Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services • Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must. • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish is a must. • Able to work in global delivery model with offshore and onsite team • Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
