Bueno amigos, la carrera ha terminado. Fue muy dificil. Hacia mucho calor y la humedad era alta. Tuve que tomar muchos líquidos. En la septima milla( 11km) un muchacho joven se desmayo. Asi que tuve que desencadenar la alarma de emergencia (911). Se recupero bien. Despues de eso corri un poquito mas lento, como sabran ya voy a cumplir 53 anos y ya no estoy para esos trotes.Ahora me dedicare a descansar. Mañana tenemos que preparar la cabana del lago para cerrarla el próximo fin de semana, antes que el invierno dakotino venga. Well friends, the race is over. It was hard It was hot and humid.. At mile 7 a young guy collapsed and I had to call 911. He recovered very well and we visited after the race. Than I ran slower. You know I am 53 and my conditioning is not the best. I will rest today and tomorrow we will move the boats out of the lake. We will be closing Rose LAke next week, before the ND winter arrives.
