Like I said after the attack on our supporters in Rivers this week, elections are not war. Professor Yemi Osinbajo and I stand in total condemnation of this incident. I call on the PDP to join this call for peace. Every Nigerian life is sacred.” Earlier, the candidate had emphasised this call for peaceful elections at events in Anambra and in Enugu, where tens of thousands of Nigerians welcomed the APC.
