Build your obliques with Medicine Ball Windmills 10 reps (per side), 4 sets 1. Secure a medicine ball in between your feet, while lying on your back 2. Lift your legs perpendicular to to the floor, raising the ball vertically towards the ceiling 3. Position you arms perpendicularly to your torso 4. Tighten your core (blow all air out of your lungs) 5. Lower the ball to the left or right (with straight legs), making brief contact with the floor (control the movement) 5.
