Building # 6/7 Dear Residents: In order to assure our residents have the utmost comfort and confidence in apartment home living, Lincoln Property Company has implemented an apartment inspection program for fire protection. Please be advised that on Tuesday September 9th, between the hours of 9am and 3pm your apartment home will be inspected by a member of our management team who will be accompanied by a member of our fire protection inspection company. During this time the alarms will sound in the building and a technician will go through the apartment to ensure all of the fire protection components are working in each room. This inspection is required per code and cannot be rescheduled. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. We hope to make your residency with us as enjoyable as possible.
