Building Love #8 CONFIDENCE! The big C word!Especially ladies! We often have the habit of telling men about our insecurities. We moan about our weight and our flaws- goodness look at my stretch marks, if only i was a little thinner, can you buy me Mekako so my skin can be a bit lighter cuz I saw how you was looking at the light skin girl, if only my bum was- hold on right there. How many times do we hear a man moan about how he should have bigger biceps or a tighter stomach? If he feels this is what he needs to change then he just gets on with it without having to announce it! If you point out flaws, he will begin to notice them via the power of inception! You have planted the idea in his mind until it becomes true for him too because for some women, no matter how much he says she is beautiful, they dispute and even convince him that he is wrong. You have no idea how annoying it is to be with someone who complains like it is a hobby or moans and lacks confidence. Have pride in who you are because you are enough. If your man likes red hair or cornrows and you dont, then stick to what you love because it makes you feel good. Do not lose yourself simply because you are in a relationship. In the right relationship, your man will always says baby you look executive, you look beautiful because you believe it yourself. When he compliments you, say thank you, dont say mmmm but I am bloated cuz no one asked if you are! Relationships can be temporal but your relationship with yourself is eternal so never lose confidence and if you do not have confidence, begin to build it. xoxo pw
