Building Your Memory (Part 3) Hi Friends. Its so good to have you reading this post on How you can Build Up your Memory. If you havent read the previous posts, one before the Part 1, Part 1 itself, and Part 2, I highly recommend you read them first to have a sequence of information flowing into your mind. Today I wish to share with you one Principles of Recalling:- 1. Visualization:- Recalling my childhood and having ample and enough time with my kids, I realized children tends to remember things irregardless of the little knowledge they have. Were more likely to remember things at our childhood as things happens at adolescent ages and youth ages when were more knowledgeable than when we were kids. Childrens ability to remember things is based on visualization. That is imagination. The fact that we have average men who are more prosperous than educated ones is that they uses their imagination correctly. IMAGINATION IS MORE POWERFUL THAN KNOWLEDGE! (You may realize the power of imagination by learning and doing meditation) Our minds works in the chain link of chain and the best way to use our imagination is to use TIP:- T = Turn I = Into P= Picture We tend to remember PICTURES more than WORDS! It often happen to us or we often hear people saying I remember your face, but I forgot your name but never got someone saying I remember your name but I forgot your face. More of our brain is dedicated to visual than anything else. The reason why we often remember our night dreams is the fact that WE DREAM IN PICTURES AND NOT IN WORDS!
