Building on what I said about regulation for new housing Ive just been taking a look at some of the new Bovis homes on Rightmove. Looking at the image any person with common sense would say 2-3bedrooms maximum Yet Bovis homes think that youll get 4BEDROOMS in this tiny house! That is absurd! Bedroom 4 only measures 2m by 2.67M! And dare I say it, the obsession by these home builders to add an En-suite to bedroom 1 causes more issues. Because it makes every other room much smaller. I also have reason to believe that some of these houses wont come with a driveway suitable for two vehicles. its a shame really because personally I think the Bovis homes are better looking than alot of these new developments the problem is simply floor-plan and absence of regulation; something which I hope the neighbourhood plan can address.
