Built D16Z6 and D series turbo kit! Located in WAUKESHA I am looking to sell my engine and turbo kit. I have receipts to prove some of the parts/machine work and they are included with the sale of the engine/turbo kit. The engine needs an oil pan gasket. I removed the spark plugs on the engine and I could see aftermarket pistons, but i am unsure of brand and what the compression is. I do not know what the brand of rods, but the receipt from the machine shop that did the block mentions clearancing the block for the h beam rods. The machine shop receipts show line boring the rods and mains, installing the pistons, preparing the head, and everything else usually done when an engine is being built. All the work and parts are from one6 in Illinois, an incredible well known shop. Longblock includes the following: D16Z6 92-95 Civic Si/EX longblock Skunk2 intake manifold Golden eagle fuel rail Low compression pistons (confirmed aftermarket through spark plug hole, unsure of brand or compression ratio, but compression check leans towards a ratio of 8.6:1) H beam rods (receipt shows proof of block being modified for the rods, unsure of brand) Skunk2 valve springs Skunk2 Titanium retainers Zex cam part number 59300 Aftermarket 3 puck clutch kit Socketed obd1 ecu that is chipped to run the engine with the below mentioned turbo kit. Hasport Billet motor mounts (all 3) Compression check: 1 155 2 159 3 153 4 160 Asking $1,400 D series forward facing turbo kit This is not your usual crappy turbo kit with all ebay components. This turbo kit has a precision turbo, a precision 38mm wastegate with a dump tube, and a tial 50mm blow off valve. The manifold, and the entire kit was made by one6 in Illinois. The turbo kit needs nothing, it will fit on any d series engine. It will bolt onto a 92-95 Civic with no issue. Upon inspection I found there to be no shaft play, the intercooler piping was clear of any oil residue, and I never say any blue smoke out of the exhaust. All of these observations mean the turbo is healthy and is NOT in need of a rebuild of any kind.
