Bully is at an all-time high and is a very serious issue facing our youth today. We are hosting a free Bully Proof seminar Monday August 4th from 9 am to 12 noon, teaching the multiple aspects of bullying, verbal, physical, social and cyber. We will teach how to defend ourselves as well as what is the best way to understand bullying, and the do’s and don’t of how to respond if ever put in a bullying threat and situations.
