Bullying in the NFL?: If you are 66 and over 300 lbs., a grown man and a professional football player it is absolutely not bullying. Period. If someone is being mean to you, how about instead of telling your parents (Im not joking) who complain to the league and make a huge media stink out of it, you simply HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS LIKE A MAN. Either get tough or get out. If Jonathan Martin cant handle some verbal abuse from Richie Incognito, what are the chances hes going to be able to handle the pressure of the playoffs, or pressure from his coach to perform better? Yeah, probably zero. So do you want him on your team? Hell no. Hes mentally and emotionally weak, and clearly a liability. Now, would I also want Richie Incognito on my team? Hell no. Richie Incognito left racist death threats on Martins voicemail. Thats a guy that doesnt think about the consequences of his actions, and if you look at his record Im willing to bet hes connected with a few significant penalties in his career (excused from 4 teams for behavior issues). Because of that alone, hes also a liability. So, excuse them both for different reasons. But, if that were to happen, Im willing to bet Incognito gets picked up before Martin... Why? Emotional Toughness
