Just did a 500 workout ;) Feeling very stiff. 2.25 mile run under 14 minutes for warm-up 4 sets of 8-10 reps barbell bench press (85s 10x 1st 2 sets, 90s 10x 3rd 8x 4th) 4 sets of 8-10 barbell swings each side (90 lbs 10xs 1st 2 sets, 110 lbs 8xs sets 3 & 4) 4 sets 8-10 leg press (275 10xs 1st set, 360 10xs 2nd set, 450 8xs 3rd, 540 8xs 4th) 5 sets super-sets back extensions 12xs 15x dips 3 set super-sets calve raises 10xs sit-ups 20xs 3 set super sets leg raises 15x push-ups 15x 4 sets cable rows 10xs each arm 120 lbs
