This article could have been written about what happen every night on Tran Quang Khai St, Nha Trang. Young drunk tourists getting their phones and money stolen by the crew of 3 on motorbike...if things turn violent, be sure that all the other xe om scumbags with jump in the fray like a wolfpack. Since 8 years I am in Nha Trang, nothing has been done even after repeated calls to the Loc Tho Police station...never showed up. NEVER. When a tourist do get to the police station...oh boy....they are all treated like insurance fraudsters...no wonder why Nha Trang has a bad reputation (even if it is safe in the rest of the city)...
