Burger buns and sandwich buns, everyone loves them. You can fill them with any meat patties, ham, eggs, cheese, anything to your liking. The suitable sizes should be 75g (small) or 100g (big). However, due to the absence of bread improver, I thought the buns look small so I made them with 125g dough. The size seemed to be just nice but the texture was soft and compact and was quite heavy after filling them with homemade chicken fingers with mayonnaise & with cheese, salmon flakes and ham-cheese. Yes, I prepared 4 different fillings for 4 buns which proved to be too heavy as dinner for two...burrrrp....
