Burglary and drug charges, Mount Sheridan: Detectives yesterday charged an 18-year-old White Rock man and a 15-year-old Woree boy following investigations into the alleged burglary of a Melia Close residence on January 3. It will be alleged that the pair forced entry to the dwelling and stole a computer tablet. Both were charged with one count each of burglary and entering premises with intent. The 18-year-old is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on February 5, whilst the boy was also charged with possession of a dangerous drug and a drug utensil and will be dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act 1992.
