Burka Disguise - Jewellery Robbery On Tuesday October 14, 2014 at 11am two suspects entered the Mona Clara Jewellers located at 808 York Mills Rd. It is alleged that both suspects took control of the two victims inside the store. One suspect was armed with a black handgun and forced a victim to open the jewellery display case. Both suspects removed a quantity of jewels and each put them in bags they were carrying. The suspects were inside the store for approximately five minutes. Both suspects then fled the premise using the back door. Police are releasing these suspect photos and a video and asking for the public’s assistance in this case. Description: Male, Black, 5’11”, wearing a black burka with shinny details on both arms, black gloves, men’s boots, spoke with an accent and armed with a gun.
