Burn Xpress. 20 sec on & 20 sec rest of each. Rest for 60 secs after last one is completed then repeat for 3-5 times in total. 1st = Seal Jacks (take out jumping for modification) 2nd = Flye Lunge (I used 5lbs DBs, omit dbs for modification or just adopt stationary lunge) 3rd = Push-Up Jacks to Hip Abd (take out jacks for modification). Most importantly, listen to your body and work at your comfort zone.
