Burymead Astro witnessed a thrilling encounter between The Webbs (Court, Connor, Lee and deep) and The boys (Dan, Adam, Ant and fatty). The game was was an end to end derby with chances at either end, the striking pair of adam and ant found themselves staring in disbelief after chance after chance went missing. The game should and could of been won by the webbs if it was not for Courteneys constant mis passing and overhit through balls. The very tight affair ended 13-13 with deep giving away a penalty after repeatedly going in the box. The game was won on penalties by the boys after a fine penalty was somehow saved by a certain young norweigen by tipping the ball onto the bar! The second leg of the tie will be played tomorrow Monday 26th August at the West End Arena.
