Busco Beach & ATV Park This letter is to address one particular complaint that has come to our attention. We usually refrain from responding to public complaints as we realize everyone has a right to their opinion; however, in this situation there are facts that the park guests need to be made aware of. On Sunday morning, May 11,2014, at 10:35 a.m. a (repeat) park guest came in requesting their Sunday refund. As is stated on the parking pass all refunds end at 10 a.m. When the guest was told this he/she became irate and began speaking in a raised voice. The guest then spoke in an insulting manner to the park owner and the park manager and using foul language. Due to this lack of consideration to other guests and management the guest was asked to leave and not to return to the park. Since this incident this guest has made several negative posts/comments on social networking sites/forums. The refund deadline is set to be fair to all guests and employees and refunds will NOT be issued after 10 a.m. and will only be issued to those guests who have their parking pass and whose ATVs are loaded and ready to leave immediately after the refund is given. If there are any specific complaints that need to be addressed these can be brought to park manager’s attention or emailed to buscobeachnc@gmail.
