Bushfire ADVICE for Harris River Road in the Shire of Collie : A bushfire ADVICE has been issued for people travelling near the intersection of Harris River Road north of Mornington Rd in the Shire of Collie. The fire is burning in State forest away from Harris River Road, however smoke is visible and may drift over the road. There is no threat to lives or homes. Although there is no immediate danger you need to be aware and keep up to date. RECREATION SITE CLOSURES: The Bilbbulmun Track is closed between Mornington Road and Harris River Dam. The Munda Biddi Trail is closed from Patstone Rd to the intersection of Wallis Rd and Mornington Rd. Any cyclists using the Dead Cats mountain bike trail are advise to move and use tracks east of the Harris River Road. BUSHFIRE BEHAVIOUR: The fire is small and moving slowly in a north-westerly direction, but may increase as the fire front approaches older approaches older fuels.
