Busia leaders condole Odinga family, call on government to investigate cause of Fidel’s death Busia county leaders have joined the rest of the country and world in sending their condolences to Cord leader Raila Odinga and the entire Odinga family following the death of his elder son Fidel Odinga. Busia Deputy Governor Kizito Wangalwa, Funyula MP Paul Otuoma, Busia County Assembly Majority leader Josephat Wandera, Busia County ODM Coordinator Noor Mohammed and Busia County bodaboda Association chairman Eric Makokha have expressed their shock and sorrow saying the death is a big blow not only to Raila but ODM, Cord and Kenya as a country. The leaders have remembered Fidel as a close friend to them and a role model to youths across the country. They have however called on the government to investigate the death and give a report on what caused the mysterious death that has shook the entire country, “Mysterious deaths are becoming a common thing in this country and each time such death occurs, we are told it’s due to cardiac arrest. We want the government to investigate this sudden and saddening death so that we know exactly what happened.”
