Business Basics- ~Its hard to OPEN at 9AM if you get there at 9AM. ~You cant just change your hours of operation whenever YOU feel like it. We expect you to be open when your SIGN says you are. ~Just because Im Black and your business is Black owned, that does not mean you dont have to earn my business and provide good service. I will admit that we tolerate more from other establishments and often hold you to a higher standard, so you should also be mindful of this. ~If youre going to hire family make sure they are trained properly for the position. Also make sure you dont bring your personal drama into the workplace. What else do we need to know? #LetsWorkItOut
