Consistently provide the best service, understand the customer needs, as well as engage and influence them through regular outlet visit. Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company. Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards. Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regularly monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions. Requirements: S1 graduate from any discipline. Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG) as a sales supervisor or marketing representative. Excellent in communications, negotiation skill, interpersonal relationship, as well as team work.
