Business Development Manager /Key Account Manager for Recruitment Firm Job Responsibilities • To personally target and gain new business by building market position, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. • Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. • Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action to refocus efforts if targets are not being met • To submit weekly work in progress reports and ensure data is accurate for real time reporting • To support the retention of existing business at re-tender times and to pursue leads to expand existing business • To work with and support large accounts • To support mobilization of new business with agreed handover to Operations • To support operators in designated retenders • Identifies and targets influential people inside the client, customer and third party organization and builds relationships with them • Targets and develops a network of influential internal and external contacts • Promote a professional image at all times Job Requirement • Minimum of degree in Business management/administration, marketing or related discipline • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Business Development Executive / Specialist or Manager in the Recruitment industry would be an advantage. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage • Experience utilizing the internet as a sales vehicle • Experience using Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel • High level contract negotiation experience, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, • Marketing and Service development experience • 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
