Business Development Manager – Dubai, UAE Package: Negotiable (based on experience) Age Range: 30 to 45 Nationality: Arabic Native Industry: EPC Construction Education: Electrical/Civil Engineering with MBA Gender: Male Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years Job Description: • Business Development/ Sales/ Marketing to establish relationship with private/ government companies from GCC, MENA & South Asia. • Preferable experience with business development in sales at GCC MENA Region • Proposal preparation and management in terms of technical, commercial, legal/ contractual, timing quality of the English/ grammar, accuracy in meeting the requirements of the RFQ in all areas and bid document presentation quality as a whole. • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel • Support tender team in terms of providing and coordinating with the client for bidding. • Conduct meeting with potential client and discuss for the future projects. • Identify potential market for company • Participate in various seminar and exhibition pertaining to in line of company business. • Provide feedback from the market requirements and tenders in construction.
