This is not a classical PR agency position, it is not corporate PR. It is client event PR, it is long hours and weekends regularly, it is short turnaround times, it is deadline driven, it is pressurised and it is dynamic, challenging, exciting! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: To lead and manage client interaction and responsible PR account teams on a daily basis delivering an efficient and effective service to clients which is profitable to the agency. To identify and secure new PR business in order to achieve department targets. To ensure the quality assurance of the PR department is of the high standard expected by the agency and the client. To manage the teams and workflow, ensuring high performance levels and productivity within the department. Day to day functions include but are not limited to: Manage own client accounts. Manage the PR teams, workflow and quality assurance. Drive development and execution of PR business pitches, securing business to meet targets. Manage and control budgets.
