Business Idea tip #1: Go beyond your current means, but keep it practical. Propose an Idea that is beyond the capacity and capabilities as students. Think corporate. This is because, should your proposal for the chosen community win the Challenge, it will be adopted by the Challenge Partners/sponsors to be implemented as part of their CSR exercise. You will be responsible to work with the Partners to ensure its full implementation from in or outside of the organization; an arrangement which will be determined in Challenge 3 where you will sell your Idea to them face-to-face. You have to ensure that what is proposed in your Business Idea is practical and workable with the support of a corporation behind you. Briefly indicate in your Business Idea some leads to the implementation of that Idea. These leads may not be explained in detail in this Challenge, but if your proposal makes it to Challenge 2, your team will then be trained on how to create the Business and Financial Plans to work your project. Dont propose to go the moon if you cant present a practical way to get there. Good luck!!
