Responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with Calebâ s organizational standards and policies. Responsible for assigned programs and processes, and for providing administrative assistance and support to the property manager. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR DUTIES 1. Provides a safe environment for residents, employees and visitors. 2. Responsible for maintaining effective resident relations. 3. Respond to referrals from the rest of the management team, other residents and self-referrals by residents. 4. Works with residents to identify and assess needs of residents. 5. Keeps a regular work schedule known to all residents and members of management team including maintenance staff. 6. Maintains resident specific service coordination documentation. 7. Identifies and coordinates services to meet resident social, medical, psychological, rehabilitative and/or social needs, both chronic and critical. 8. Maintains current information specific to resources, services and program options. 9. Ensures the proper display or dissemination of resources utilizing newsletters, bulletin boards, etc. 10. Establishes positive working relationships with local, state, and federal agencies and local religious organizations. 11. Creates a yearly program plan and budget and keeps appropriate financial records. 12. Works to educate inform and update the property manager and on-site staff of issues impacting residents. 13. Acts as liaison between residents, family (with particular attention paid o the more at risk residents-alone, elderly, etc), the promotion of community and neighborhood. 14. Promotes the community and the neighborhood. 15. Engages in community outreach efforts. 16. Promotes a positive working relationship between supervisor, staff and other stakeholders. 17. Implements programs that enhance social skills and community involvement. 18. Develops and manages on site Computer Learning Center, as determined by The Caleb Group. 19. Self funds programs through fundraising and grant writing initiatives 20. Actively markets core services of The Caleb Group. 21. Meets initial and annual certification and training requirements. 22. Demonstrates ability to organize tasks and set priorities.
