Business Performance Analyst – Cairo Business Performance Analyst needed for multinational company Job Description: • Monitor organizational performance on all levels (financial, technical, sales, marketing, etc). • Analyze both individual and team performance for all departments and perform quality control evaluations. • Review processes, recommend improvements, increase customer service levels and reduce operational risks. • Develop the performance analysis program, providing a blend of innovative solutions alongside current best practice. • Prepare, analyze, review, and ensure accuracy of various performance and financial reports. • Develop dashboards and KPI reporting system (automated as applicable). • Undertake in-depth analytics, identifying relationships/patterns in complex data sets to develop insights and make recommendations to decision makers within the Senior Management Team. • Support the Senior Management Team in defining KPIs, data and reporting requirements in support of the business and performance management processes. • Support the business performance review process by tracking and analyzing readiness and performance against the business targets and the Commercial Affairs strategic goals. • Influence and support the annual business planning process across all Affairs teams to ensure full alignment of activities and business plans are evidence-based. • Benchmark performance against competitors and market trends and make recommendations on key performance drivers. • Work with IT Department to ensure data and reporting requirements are met and business tools are fit for purpose for use across Affairs. • Identify and develop plans for performance metrics. Implement plans to initiate corrective action and continuous improvement to ensure operational objectives are met. • Prepare summary reports and develop presentations to document the execution of plans for executive management review and action planning. • Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions. • Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer. • Interpret data affecting investment, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences. • Prepare plans of action for investment based on financial analyses. • Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan. • Present oral and written reports on findings. • Recommend investments and investment timing to companies. • Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. • Coordinate the development of budgets; provide information and assist staffin budget preparation, implementation, and control. • Assist in the preparation of / Prepare financial models. • Assist in the preparation of / Prepare business plans.
