JOB-770031 Description The Business Process Analyst is a member to the Service Delivery team responsible for the production of business,functional&technical requirement documentation to delivery&product teams.He/she works as a member of the account team,to understand,quantify&present the impact of the Synchronoss product solutions to the client.The incumbent will work across a number of teams to execute different work streams with respect to a project.The Business Process Analyst assists in the ordering of services,the implementation of services at sites&the follow up&resolution of satisfaction issues.In addition,the Business Process Analyst will assist Program Managers&Directors in the preparation of high level assessment,proposal&assessment documents. Essential Responsibilities: Collect&analyze information to determine the best course of action for NPS improvement.With minimal supervision coordinate vendor enhancements,test&prepare technical documentation for system implementation&On-going support. Skills Requirements Understanding of key business processes including,order entry,provisioning,fulfillment&billing with industry experience in one or more communications services,preferably data/IP.Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts&apply them to the business environment.Must have the ability to read&interpret Documents&information.Ability to speak effectively to groups courteously&tactfully in person&on the phone.Must have the ability to analyse/interpret&solve problems with minimal direct supervision.
