Business Systems Consultant/Analyst Needed- Downtown Indy: Category : Information Technology Location/City : IN - Indianapolis Id : 3021293 Job Type : Contract-to-Hire Now Hiring: Business Systems Consultant * Maintains processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete, * Maintains and manages ITD administrative processes including procurement, employee onboarding and inventory tracking, * Assists Director in developing policies and procedures as they relate to security, business continuity, vendor management and other key Information Technology functions, * Assists with maintaining and updating the project management guidelines and disciplines necessary to support a PMO, * Acts as a reference point/technical consultant for PMO queries and information, and develops positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training, * Assists with establishing and executing a PMO stakeholder management and communication framework, * Produces periodic management reports, metrics and KPIs, * Organizes meetings, sets agendas and manages action items as requested by the CIO or PMO Director, * Maintains and enhances management tools such as SharePoint, Innotas, HP Quality Center, helpdesk/ticketing system and information management tools, * Provides general support to the PMO team and ITD to deliver against its objectives * Performs related tasks as required. dlvr.it/668SfC
