Attract, recruit, select, develop and retain the best talent for the present and future of the company. - Develop the business according with the Strategic Plan for Emerging Markets. - Identify new strategical opportunities, business models, commercial innovation, alliances with strategic partners to grow the business. - Assure the high standar level to work according with compliance Qualifications Requirements - Bachelor of Art or Science, MBA will be a plus - Fluency in English and Spanish - More than 10 years of in the Pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing positions, being responsible for people management of managerial positions. - 5 or more year P&L management experience. - At least two year in the current position. Upper or Top performance in the last tree years. International Experience: hold regional or global positions, leading regional projects, participating in regional teams.
