Business is always a professional undertaking. It is important for me to create something totally unique or have a skill that takes time, patience and experience to develop. Having goals and taking steps toward those goals within the parameters of my ethically built principles is a serious endeavor to me. If others share my vision and want to take the journey with me, I embrace them. If I encounter nay sayers, Ill ignore them. But if you think I cannot see your fake smile and I cannot hear you attempting to chew spiteful little holes in my hard work you are sorely mistaken and I am ruthless in protecting what I have developed. I dont allow others to destroy my labours. I have found the people that are meant to be in your life simply are and it is the same principle in business. It is business, not war. I dont waste time taking prisoners. So stay if you share my vision and you are a supporter but please leave if you are a nibbler who is only here to keep an eye on me and say nasty things when you think I cannot hear you. Trust me when I say I am being very polite in allowing you to walk away with your dignity. It is the professional thing to do....
