Businessman Katumwa held over defilement. this story, as i look at it. KATUMWA DEFILES P7 PUPIL....something does not add up in this story. The 17yr old girls story is that as she was heading to the city, she saw Katumwa driving out of his home and she requested him for a lift to Kampala. Mbu wen they reached kibuye, katumwa instead drove towards Entebbe straight into a lodge at Zana from where he defiled her. REALLY??? In my opinion, it would take a dimwit to believe such a pile of garbage. She wants us to illogically believe that Katumwa knew before driving out of his home that he would meet her on the way, that she tried to resist and actually made attempts to escape from the car but failed, she also wants us to believe that Katumwa in broad day light entered the lodge dragging her but no one saw him or even tried to stop him (I mean, if it was agnst her will that he took her, then he can only have succeeded by dragging her wherever he was going)??? Or perhaps the lodge was uninhabited in that no one saw them enter? Really? In Uganda, how often do girls in P7 leave their parents homes to go to the city centre ALONE? Sincerely to do what? With all the money that he has, she wants us to believe that Katumwa failed to get a more decent woman to do whatever he wanted with? No-freaking-way! This case is probably tainted with malice from the side of her relatives or shes being used by his business rivals or any1 who has a bone to pick with him. Am not in any way condoning defilement, but am looking at an allegation that on the face of it does not reflect even an iota of truth in it, and the only way she can convince me is if she says that she consented to what he did, because that way, it does not matter whether or not they consented, it still remains defilement as long as she was under age.
