We include basic maintenance oven clean and also a maintenance carpet clean on all carpets in the property in the above prices. We also include interior window cleaning. This guide price is based on properties that are in reasonable condition and the provision of the following tasks: vacuuming and maintenance cleaning all carpets, vacuuming and damp mopping hard floors, cleaning woodwork (skirting, doors, frames, dado and picture rails), cleaning fixtures and fittings (switches, sockets), cleaning internal glazing and framework, cleaning external surfaces of cupboards and furniture (and inside of empty and accessible units), cleaning accessible kitchen surfaces and outside of appliances, hygienic clean to bathrooms, removing cob-webs, dusting down walls and removing marks where possible. Maintenance oven clean where applicable. Payment should be by cash or cheque on the day of the clean or in the case of Estate and Lettings Agents by invoice within 7 days. No VAT is chargeable.
