Busy Day & Meat Lasagna! Thursday, we are hosting a private funeral, and afterwards are catering a party at Arkell Museum, while having our weekly Jazz Night at the same time!! Yet with all the preparation, I found time to put together a meat lasagna for the night and perhaps beyond. Ground the meat from sausage, beef tenderloin and beef strip loin. Add four-cheeses: asiago, parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella, into a six layered lasagna, and youve got a dish Im gonna have a hard time sharing!! LOL One of my faves, made for you!
