Busy day. Wake up at 5:45am, work from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. After work, pick 2 full shopping bags of sweet corn at the farm. Went home, prepped corn, cooked, cut corn off cob and froze in quart freezer baggies. Then started in on 4 shopping bags of heirloom tomatoes I picked earlier this week. Scalded, cooled in cold water, peeled, chopped cooked down for 2 hours, let cool then put in quart freezer bags for winter. In between, made some chili for Brenda Meier Hafeman and myself. Did dishes, now finishing the night making one of Brendas favorite summer salads. Sliced cucumbers, cubed tomatoes mixed together with mayonnaise salt and pepper. Then time for bed.....ZZzzz
