Busy day at Utila Tea Cup. Sold out of most everything, so made a last minute batch of Brown Sugar-Pecan Scones just before I left this afternoon. Cristina called shortly before closing to tell me the sink had not been hooked back up yet (which could be a MAJOR issue, as I have a LOT of baking to do tomorrow!) and added that there was ONE scone left! Guess Ill be getting up very early in the morning to start baking. Praying that I have a working sink & clean dishes! Enjoyed a glass of wine with Terry & Gail upstairs on their porch...nice to visit with them again...seems I dont get much personal time of late. Hope youre all enjoying your weekend!
