Busy day today! Ashley went for her CT scan earlier this morning. We have not had an official final interpretation yet so I will wait until we get that. Some very small bumps were managed by getting some blood and extra medicine to offset the extra fluid and now she is back on the right track. But the BEST news of the day is that she got her breathing tube out!! She has awakened and spoken to us and shown that her firecracker spirit is still intact. So happy! I think she will be a little less groggy and throat will hurt a little less tomorrow when she is allowed to drink. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Please continue as we still wait for the final CT result and pathology report on the mass pulled from her artery during surgery.
