Busy morning at Casa del Browne. I reprised my annual role of chief cook while Fran assumed her role of maker of all things clean. We now have a smaller, galley style, kitchen with limited cooking/prep space, so it may be a challenge. No more than 2 people in the kitchen at ANY point in time. Biggest problem is our two dogs and my sons dog. They are constantly under foot looking for some food to fall on the floor. Turkey is prepped and in the oven at 11am. Stuffing and green bean casserole are made and will be put in oven when turkey comes out at 3:30. Guests begin arriving around 3 whereas drinking has already commenced. :-) Hope everybody has a great day. As long as you are breathing and on this side of the soil... you have a lotto be thankful for.
