Busy time here for us. The girls and I have been getting ready to return back home in the new year. Alan is going to stay a little longer to finish his contract. Was initially heading home at the end of the school year but lease on our apartment is up in dec and I dont want to move to have to move again so Alan will get a small apartment for him. It was a fantastic experience for us and the girls and I have met the most beautiful, wonderful friends that made me feel so welcome, like I had known them all my life. But my heart has been at home for a while as my dad has alzthiemers and its been on my mind. I want to be able to spend some time with him while he still knows us and also to help my mum. It wont be nice to leave Alan but we will get out to see him loads and him home to us. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I have loved every minute, Chloe wants to stay, Georgia wants both, but I think about my mum and dad all the time wishing I could do more to help. For now we will just enjoy what time we have left and keep living the dream for a little while longer lol
