Busy weekend! Managed to see some great softball games between working the concessions at the War on the Shore Girls Fastpitch Tournament in Two Rivers. Congrats to Lakeshore Rise 10U and 16U teams for winning their respective divisions! Also thank you to all the parents who helped out in the concession stand to make it a success. We will be out of sweet corn until 3:30 pm today. Also, we are out of peas for now, and should have blueberries late Tuesday afternoon. We do have green beans, cabbage, kohlrabi and onions. First the hot weather, and now the cooler temps have really had an effect on the growth and harvesting of various items. Unfortunately we cannot control Mother Nature. We can only do our best to deal with her!
